School of Rock

cannot even imagine what high school years would have been like for my child if he wasn’t involved in school of rock! More than the excellent instruction and opportunities for performing as part of a group, my child was able to belong to a peer group that really understands what moves him. The kids are so supportive and the teachers have been wonderful mentors, equally challenging and supporting our son when needed.

School Of Rock is an amazing music program. I’ve been a member of the program since I was 7 years old, and School Of Rock has changed the course of my life. When I’m there, I feel like I am at home, and my fellow instructors and students are my family. If you’re looking for a music school in the Lehigh Valley, I will always recommend School Of Rock over any other program. School Of Rock also teaches us many life skills. Even if you don’t go and major in music after high school, you can still use many of the skills you learned at School Of Rock and apply them in the workforce.

We're so happy to have this SOR in Easton. The building is gorgeous. The owners and staff are excellent: focused, helpful and talented. Their teaching method is group practice based which works really well. It's amazing to see our daughter's progress on drums over 2 years from absolute beginner to performing an on-stage show.

What do we love about the Easton, SOR? Everything! School of Rock is engaging & energetic. Our (11 & 6 ) year old granddaughters absolutely love the experience, the teachers, and the environment. The private lessons allow confidence-self esteem building, and teach accountability, responsibility, & respect. The rookies program is wonderful for beginners and younger children. The program allows them to become familiar with all of the instruments on a level they can understand, and in turn, helps the teacher and student figure out which instrument is best suited for them to pursue. I must say the teachers are absolutely AMAZING and their ability to engage a room full of 4-8 year olds with Saturday morning energy? Truly remarkable! Most importantly, SOR provides these children a safe, caring environment where they have the opportunity to develop relationships and bonds with other likeminded children, which is truly PRICELESS!!!

School of Rock Easton has had an amazingly positive influence on my two grandsons and I have seen the same with so many other kids in the program. I would (and do) recommend Easton SOR to everyone who will listen. As a long-time business owner, I believe that running a "for profit" business and making a valuable contribution to the lives of others are not at all mutually exclusive. Ray and Sue have accomplished that beautifully and I will always hold them in the highest regard for that reason.
